St George Island State Park
Nice quiet park with shade trees, the beach is a bit of a walk from the camp but goes on for miles, hiked 6 Miles on the beach this morning. No place to put in the Kayak near the campground. Choosing between the two parks this trip, definately St joe, the beach boardwalk was opposite our site and the beach was beautiful.
We decided to bring Clancey on this trip, being as he sleeps all the time anyway. He is quite at home here sleeping away.
Found out I could freeze the dough that I make in the bread machine. Works great I will shape it into baguettes next time and cut the bread silpat I have at home to fit the convection oven. Fresh baked bread in a camper - luxury. We really do make some great meals, Belinda and I, better than any 5 star restaurant. Tonight, Mullet that we bought at a fish market in Apalachicola yesterday, couscous with mushrooms, salad, and a pasta side dish, with mushrooms spinach and home grown peppers.
