Last day in Maine
Jim gave the camper a good clean, I sorted out the inside. Reorganized a few drawers. Ran Barkley into town; he ran beside my bike, rode in the bike basket back. Then went for a 15 mile bike ride around Schoodic Point - a bit dicey, as we came back in the dark. My new mosquitoe net head cover worked Great - not a single one got in to bite me. Just had fresh (bought at co-op) mussels with butter and garlic cooked in the pressure cooker. It's National Bourbon Day today, so we had some Redemption Bourbon (bought tax-free in N.H.) with dark chocolate now we know the best way to drink it from our tour at Waterford Reserve Distillery in Kentucky after the Century Bike event a few weeks back.
